Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of phone cases and accessories on our global website, aiming to standardize return and refund procedures and protect the legitimate rights and interests of all global customers. All service rules are applicable to all regional customers with unified standards.
Return Eligibility & Time Limit
All unused, unopened, undamaged phone cases and accessories with complete original packaging are eligible for return within 60 calendar days from the date customers receive the products. Products must retain their original appearance, complete protective packaging, and all attached accessories to pass return inspection. Used, worn, artificially damaged, or improperly stored products are not eligible for return.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds are available for product quality defects, shipping damage, wrong item delivery, incorrect product model, and other merchant-related issues. Customers may also apply for returns and refunds for personal reasons such as style mismatch and inappropriate size within the valid return period, provided that products meet return conditions.
Refund Processing Time
After customers return the eligible products and our warehouse receives, inspects, and confirms the product condition complies with return standards, we will initiate the refund process within 1 business day. The full refund amount will be returned to the customer’s original payment account within 5 to 10 business days. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing rules of the customer’s payment platform and bank institution.
Fee Standard
Our website provides free worldwide shipping for all original orders. For eligible returns caused by product quality problems or our delivery errors, customers do not need to bear any additional fees. For personal reason returns, customers shall bear the return shipping cost.
Partial Refund Rules
For partial order returns, we will calculate the refund amount according to the unit price of the returned products. No handling fee will be charged for partial refund transactions. All refund settlement currencies are unified as United States Dollar (USD).
Rejected Refund Situations
We reserve the right to reject refund applications for expired return periods, damaged products caused by human factors, missing original packaging or accessories, customized products, and products that do not comply with return specifications.
