This Warranty Policy applies exclusively to all phone cases and accessories purchased through our website, providing standardized quality warranty protection for all global customers. It serves as a supplementary after-sales guarantee to ensure every product meets official quality and craftsmanship standards, complementing our return and refund regulations.
Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects, structural flaws, and functional failures that occur during normal daily use of our phone cases and accessories, including but not limited to defective material craftsmanship, faulty cutouts, loose structural components, peeling printing patterns, abnormal surface cracking, and functional failure of protective accessories such as screen protectors and phone grips. All products are rigorously inspected before shipment to eliminate factory defects.
Warranty Valid Period
The official warranty period aligns with our 60-day customer return window. All eligible products are covered by quality warranty services within 60 calendar days from the customer’s order delivery date. Any quality issues arising within this valid period qualify for official warranty solutions.
Eligible Warranty Solutions
For confirmed manufacturing defects or quality faults verified by our inspection team, customers can choose from two warranty remedies: a free product replacement or a full refund. No additional service fees, handling fees, or shipping fees will be charged for valid warranty claims. Refunds for warranty issues will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, consistent with our standard refund processing timeline, and all settlements are conducted in United States Dollar (USD).
Non-Warranty Scenarios
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by improper human use, accidental drops after excessive force, intentional scratching, unauthorized modification or disassembly, liquid immersion, abnormal environmental damage, normal daily wear and tear, and damage caused by incompatible device models. Additionally, products purchased through third-party channels, resold items, and products with damaged original packaging or missing accessory components are not eligible for warranty services.
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers shall contact our customer service team within the valid warranty period and provide valid order information, product photos, and videos that clearly display the product quality issue. Our team will review and verify the claim within 24 business hours and arrange subsequent replacement or refund services for qualified applications.
Warranty Service Principles
We adhere to fair and unified warranty service standards for all global customers without regional discrimination. This warranty policy is only applicable to daily civilian use of our pretty yet protective phone cases and accessories, and does not apply to commercial or high-intensity industrial usage scenarios. We reserve the right of final judgment for all warranty verification results.
